Get what you want and for the fish budget you have to adopt new friends! Just follow these simple steps!

1st. Open this to contact the artist! order on line now.

2nd. Copy the images of the fish or critters you want!

3rd Paste the images into the E-mail with your budget!

4th. Send off the E-mail and you will get a fast response!

5th. Call and give us a deposit of 50% of the total adoption fee.

This new friend will be as close to the original as can be made, and sent on the order it was taken. Some orders will be 4 to 8 weeks if small, large works can take much longer, please be patience.

We can create anything you want. Dogfish, Catfish… Elephant-fish and many other animal morphs. We will use our imagination and you can help in the creation process. Here’s how to begin, first we need some ideas from you and an understanding of what you are looking for. Lets get started!

Here are some suggestions on what you can provide us to help in the design of your new friend.

What type of piece you are looking for? Send a copy of a fish you see on our site....

Do you want wall, table or pedestal display, yard, fountain or functional art work!

What are the overall dimensions of the area or space where they will occupy?

How many pieces will there be? 3 or more makes a school, and there is a discount!

What are the overall dimensions of the pieces?

Can you give us any drawings or rough sketches?

Even a photo of where the piece is to be used or is going to live can help us get a feel of what may work!

Where is your new friend is moving to really helps with the shipping estimate! And the first two hours of design/drawing time is provided at no charge, changes and re-do's will be billed at $65.00 an hour. Once the final order is agreed upon we will give you a firm quote and completion date.

Ordering and Adoption Terms and Conditions

ORDERING: Every piece is a hand made and painted one of a kind work of art, and due to the nature of ceramic, fussed glass, and metal, there will be variations in color and size. ADOPTING FAMILY will fill out order form completely and fax or e-mail it to TIME OUT PRODUCTION STUDIO. Faxing is the clearest and fastest way for TIME OUT PRODUCTION STUDIO to know what ADOPTING FAMILY wants, and when ADOPTING FAMILY wants it. Please note: When direction an item is not designated, whatever item is in stock will be shipped.

LEAD TIME: TIME OUT PRODUCTION STUDIO creation process is unique, and some artwork could take weeks to finish, delivery time may vary between 2 - 8 WEEKS for the time order was placed. TIME OUT PRODUCTION STUDIO will inform ADOPTING FAMILY of any possible delays.

WARRANTEE: All artwork is warranted against defects, and workmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase. This warrantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions as determined by TIME OUT PRODUCTION STUDIO. Warrantee is limited to the repair or the replacement of similar artwork. ADOPTING FAMILY is responsible for insuring return freight, and all shipping costs.

SHIPPING AND HANDELING Orders are shipped; Fed Ex ground, USPS, or UPS, unless other arrangements are made. All shipment are F.O.B. Santa Barbara, CA.

FREIGHT CLAIMS: Adopting Family will inspect shipment upon receipt of artwork. Report any damages to TIME OUT PRODUCTION STUDIO within five (5) days of delivery date.
NOTE: Please do not dispose of damaged items, packing material, or outer carton, because they will be needed for inspection purposes.

PAYMENT FOR ADOPTION

Payment can be VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks.

WHOLESALE!

We will work with any store or gallery with wholesale orders. After we finalize the fish and critters you want place in foster care, we will set up your own "Adoption Agency". Types and designs can be of your own choosing and we will work will some small shops.

Note to all Adoption agencies! We will never undersell our friends that are operating adoption agencies... other stores and galleries, so we ask everyone to honor the suggested resale prices and sell for more, but never less than the 20% school discount! Failure to reorder 12 months after delivery of artwork, or under selling the adoption prices could be reason to terminate your agency agreement.
