RETURN POLICIES

RETURNING DAMAGED ART SHIPPED TO YOU:

If a piece is damaged during shipping, we will accept it being returned. The returning of all broken and or damaged art must be done with a valid shipping-damage insurance claim. You must contact us and the shipping carrier within 3 days of the damage, and make arrangements at that time with the shipper how to return delivery is to be made. You must make a damage shipping claim, then follow all carriers instructions. You will be not be responsible for all return shipping costs if it is a valid claim of carrier.

RETURN POLICY

When you order a creation we want you to smile as big as the creation you receive from us. Each work is one of a kind, and after the time of your purchase, we lose the possibility of selling your creation to others. Anyone who wishes to "borrow or rent" our art for temporary decoration without the proper lease agreement, could create a financial hardship for our studio, so we have adopted the following policies regarding the return or exchange of any purchases.

If you wish to return/exchange your creation, you must do so in within 5 days of your receiving it. There will be a 20% restocking fee of any returned fish that is not exchanges for a different piece.

Customer will have to pay for all shipping charges, and artwork must be in resale condition when it is unpacked at our studio. Damaged art will not be accepted for return, so Please insure all return shipments.

If the art is broken in the return shipment, we have the right not to refund the amount paid. Please pay the insurance when you ship!

All shipping costs are to be paid by adopting party, Time Out is not responsible for shipping or return shipping costs.

WHOLESALE / FOSTER HOME ADOPTION AGENCIES

If a creation is just not finding a home after 7 months, call us, and we will set up an exchange program and get a different creation of same value. We want all our agencies to stay in business, so we want you all to have art that sells. Please make sure that the art work is not damaged when returned, and we will not charge any restock fee.
